✨ Want to see what neuroplasticity looks like in real time?

I find this video absolutely fascinating. We often talk about how learning creates new connections in the brain—but here, you can actually see it happen.

In a groundbreaking study (Munz et al., 2014), researchers observed tadpoles’ neurons in action. What they captured is remarkable:

🔬 Neurons extending out and forming new connections with other neurons.

⚡ Not new neurons themselves—new links.

📹 And this video shows that growth unfolding live.

In the box, you can see existing neurons EXTENDING and developping new connections!!!

Studies like this are rare; very few have managed to capture neuroplasticity in action so vividly. And it’s a powerful reminder: your brain is always changing, always growing.
But here’s the key—new connections are not guaranteed to stay.

👉 Use it or lose it.
The habits, skills, and knowledge you practice get reinforced. The ones you don’t? They fade.

How do you make sure you maintain and strengthen those new connections?
