Stephanie Dodier has over fifteen years of experience teaching intermediate and secondary sciences (IB & MYP) across different Canadian provinces. As a sessional instructor at SFU and an education consultant, she works with various organizations and guides educators from all fields. Most importantly she helps other educators improve their practice and become the best version of themselves. 

 

Her mission is to communicate evidence-based educational practices to bridge the gap between academia and practice. With her science background, she is able to vulgarize and make accessible the most recent research from the fields of cognitive sciences, educational neurosciences, and the science of learning. 

 

Stephanie also has a master’s degree in education (SFU) and a specialization in educational neuroscience (UQAM). Her theoretical knowledge and her teaching experience combined allows her to bring to the table a more holistic view of education. Finally, Stephanie hopes that her passion transpires in the way she raises her two daughters.
