Logistique
Si vous êtes local, nous pouvons nous rencontrer en personne, mais nous pouvons également travailler sur Zoom pour répondre à tous vos besoins. Le laps de temps peut être aussi court qu'une session de 1H pour un programme de 10H. Je suis convaincu que vous pourrez alors travailler indépendamment après ce point.

Group workshops
Your department or team can choose from a list of topics to create tailored workshops on instructional design. We can facilitate workshops of varied duration 60min to a full day. You can also opt for a workshop series spread out in time.

FREE 15 min consultation
First, you will initiate contact by booking your free consultation. We will talk about your needs and expectations. You can choose from a list of topics your focus (you can look at topic examples in the self-paced course option below), the duration, and the number of workshops required.

Service proposal
Based on the information you provided and your needs, we will establish a plan to get the ball rolling on your workshops needs. Impressive results were observed after only one 90 min workshop. We do however recommend a workshop series spread in time because this approach is coherent with best learning practices. We will adapt the plan to your needs.

Some of the perks
You will benefit from a personalized interactive workshop run by a education expert. The workshop are delivered in a way that showcases some educational best practices. Participants leave with theoretical and practical knowledge to enhance their learners' learning experience and gain confidence in their ability to create a course that is not only pedagogically sound but also accessible and interactive for students.

Logistics
It is possible for us to host a workshop online although we highly recommend in-person workshops. Please keep in mind however that in-person workshops do require the client to pay for travel expenses.

Your department or team can choose from a list of topics to create tailored workshops on instructional design. We can facilitate workshops of varied duration (60min to a full day). You can also opt for a workshop series spread out in time.
Your team will then benefit from individual coaching for each member of the team. You can also opt for the option of having me as consultant on your team for an identified period of time.

Then, you will choose the type of follow-up coaching you require for your team;

After participants apply the knowledge they have learned, they will be able to circle back with their newly emerged questions (because we don't know what we don't know) and we will be able to address arising issues together.
